Raid the syndicate's deep cells in all three towns and end the man who built them.

Walkthrough

  1. Plan the raid with the fence
    'Three cells. One under each town. Hit them in order or he disappears for ten years.'
  2. Breach the Longha cell
    The tunnel under the market opens into a vault of stolen cargo. Two dozen runners and a captain on a chair of crates. They don't run.
  3. Drop the Longha captain
    He went down hard. The cargo is yours to deal with later. One cell down.
  4. Resupply at Longha Bank
    The fence has a fresh coat ready and a sealed letter for the Shortha captain. 'She'll meet you at the southbank. Move fast.'
  5. Meet the Shortha captain
    She reads the letter twice. 'My people are at the underground entrance now. We go in the moment you're ready.'
  6. Breach the Shortha cell
    The Shortha cell is half a flooded sewer. The fight starts in knee-deep water and ends on dry stone. Their lieutenant tried to swim out and didn't make it.
  7. Cut down the Shortha enforcer
    Their enforcer was no man. It had been bound to the cell by old contracts. You broke the contract and the binding with the same blade.
  8. Cross to the north dock
    The captain pays the ferry and waves you off. 'Redhelm's the last cell. Whatever's left of him will be there.'
  9. Make contact in Redhelm
    Redhelm's quieter than last time. The broker is gone. A red-haired clerk slides you a key without speaking and walks the other way.
  10. Clear the Redhelm cell
    The cell is empty when you arrive. Tables overturned, lamps still warm. The kingpin didn't run, he reset.
  11. Track him through the workshop
    A side passage behind the workshop floor drops into a stone hall under the town. The seal from the first lockbox is set into the door at the end.
  12. Face the Kingpin
    He fought like he had time to spare. The seal cracks when he falls. Whatever held the chain together breaks with it.
  13. Burn the syndicate roster
    The roster names everyone left in the chain across all three towns. You burn it page by page in the brazier.
  14. Return to the fence
    The fence pours two drinks and slides one across. 'My alley's quiet again. Three towns owe you a debt they don't know about.'
