Walkthrough

1. Speak with the captain alone
   She waits until her people are out of earshot. 'My sister's boy. Seventeen. He walked the Redhelm road four weeks back to see a girl. He hasn't come home. I'm not asking as a captain.'
2. Ask where he was last seen
   A washerwoman near the dye barrels says she sold him bread the morning he left. He was alone. He had the wrong boots for the road and a sealed letter he wouldn't show her.
3. Walk the road he took
   Two hours out of town the ditch is trampled and the brambles broken on both sides. Cart tracks turn off the road here and don't come back. No body. No bag.
4. Reach the Redhelm campfire
   The fire is cold by the time you arrive. A traveler tending it remembers the boy, four weeks back, with two older men who said they were his uncles. They went on into Redhelm together. He hasn't been seen since.
