Sandscale Lake Run

The Sandscale spit needs a full haul before the rains close the road north.

Walkthrough

1. Take the order at Sandscale Bank
   'Spit's smoking through fish faster than the boats land them. Run the sea line, work the lake, then bring the hauls back through the spit.'
2. Work the sea line
   Two crates of deep-water catch by midday. The line keeps tugging. You leave the next set for the morning boat.
3. Pull from the lake
   The lake's quieter than the sea but the catch comes thick. A boy on the bank counts the fish into your basket out loud.
4. Run the haul over the spit
   The cook fires are already going. Two of the women take the baskets off you without a word and the spit doesn't stop turning.
5. Settle the order at Sandscale Bank
   'Road's still open. Take this and don't tell my sister I paid full price. She'd skin me.'
