Sandport Sting Setup

A fence wants Sandport's inside dock crew exposed before the council notices the bleeding cargo.

Meet the fence at Sandport Bank
'Two crates a week off the docks for a month. Council's about to ask questions we can't answer. Find the inside crew before they do.'
Set the sting in the underground
The fence's people set out a marked crate and a dummy ledger in the underground stash. You watch from the rafters. Three dockhands open the wrong crate inside the hour.
Mark the boat at the inlet
Their boat sits low in the water. You mark the hull with the fence's chalk so the dock crew finds it at dawn. It'll never leave the inlet.
Plant the false ledger at the studio
The studio's forger writes up the false ledger in an hour. Names the crew, a route they don't run, and a buyer who doesn't exist. The crew will trip on it tomorrow.
Deliver the names to Sandport Bank
'Three names, one boat, no council. That's clean. The fence pays in full and asks nothing else of you.'
