The Lastlight Bake

The Lastlight bakery has a feast order and three ovens down. The head baker needs help.

Requirements

Find the head baker at Lastlight Bank
Flour on her apron, ash on her cheek. 'Three ovens down, one feast order, two days. I'll cover the heat. You bake what I tell you and don't argue.'
Start the bread run at the bakery
The bakery is loud and hot. You run four batches of loaves and two of rolls between the two working ovens. She tastes the first roll and grunts once. That's a pass.
Charge a warming sigil at the obelisk
The obelisk holds a warming sigil long enough to seat it into a brick. Slipped under the third oven, it will run hot for ten hours. Long enough to get the feast out the door.
Fire the third oven for the feast
The third oven catches with the warming brick under it. You run the main course through it in two batches. The crust holds, the centers stay tender. She nods. That's the feast saved.
Finish the sauces at the cauldron
Four sauces on the cauldron at once. You reduce three and emulsify the fourth. Two go right the first time and one needs salt. The fourth comes out so clean she pockets the recipe.
Settle accounts with the head baker
She pays in coin, a wheel of sharp cheese, and a sealed jar of her own salt blend. 'You can run my second oven any time. Don't forget the recipe was mine.'
