The Highroot Expedition

Highroot is sending an expedition north and wants a scout to bring back a real map.

Walkthrough

1. Brief at Highroot Bank
   'We're paying for ground truth. The last scout drew us a coastline from a tavern. Walk the trail, mark the prospect, check the grove. Then come back.'
2. Survey the upper trail
   The trail forks twice where the old map shows one fork. You mark both and walk the eastern split until you can see the prospect line below.
3. Read the highroot expedition records
   The journal pages flip in your hand. Routes, names, hazards.
4. Check the grove against the field map
   Grove's right where the old map put it, but the path in is wrong. You walk a clean line through and mark every turn for the expedition.
5. File the map at Highroot Bank
   'Real ground. Real lines. The expedition leaves on this map next week. Pay's already in the box behind you.'
