The court master remembers them both. Young, curious, foolish in the same way. 'They went down at midnight on a Tuesday. We've heard nothing since.'

The priestess passes your blade through the font water three times. 'It bites bone now. Don't listen to the song. The song is what took the apprentices.'
End the savage lich
The song stopped before you reached him. He fought without sound and fell without sound. The two apprentices were already dust at his feet.
Report to the chapel warden
He closes the chapel registry on both names without comment. 'Two stones in the courtyard by spring. Lich is done. Take this.'
