The Dustclaw inn's house bard broke an arm and the booking is paid through next month.

Requirements

Meet the innkeeper at Dustclaw Bank
'House bard fell off a barrel and snapped his arm. Booking's paid for thirty nights so I'd rather hire you than refund. Play nice and don't sing about politics.'
Play the residency at the inn
Three sets a night for four nights, and the room fills by the second song. The old bard sits in the corner with his sling and corrects your timing twice. Both times he's right.
Pick up new strings at the stalls
Old strings gave up on the third night. The stall merchant trades you a fresh set for two encores at her cousin's wedding.
Drop a sleep tonic at the apothecary
The apothecary stayed up to listen and now can't sleep. You bring her a tonic and a song she remembers from childhood. She tips you in the next week's drafts.
Close the residency at the bank
'Old bard says you'll do, and from him that's a parade. Booking ran out tonight but the next one is yours if you want it. Pay's same, take the tip jar.'
