Walkthrough

1. Speak to the harbormaster at Cropshore
   'Tomas took the green skiff out before sunrise. It's noon and the tide's been wrong all morning. Walk the seaside, see what's washed in.'
2. Walk the seaside for wreckage
   Half an oar, a torn net, and a fish you don't recognize gasping in the shallows. The oar's snapped clean, not chewed. Something pulled it down hard.
3. Bring the oar to the harbormaster
   She turns the oar over twice. 'Tomas is on the south rocks, soaked but breathing. Whatever took his skiff, it wasn't a current. You did right bringing this in.'
